INVT SL330 Loom Electronic Coiler Three Let-off Drives

This is the first “three-in-one” ETU and dual-ELO system in China, which adopts three dedicated servo systems to replace the mechanical let-off and take-up of traditional loom. One ETU and two ELO modules can realize real-time data exchange between them via internal bus to achieve highly efficient linkage action. It is widely applied in various upper/lower beam or front/back beam loom.

SL320 loom ETU and ELO system, which is the first “two-in-one” system in China, adopts two dedicated servo systems to replace the mechanical ETU and ELO of traditional loom. Real-time tension control, multiple kinds of compensation function and variable weft density weaving can be realized to eliminate various faults.

Adopt dedicated servo system to replace the mechanical let-off device of the traditional loom. The simplified mechanical drive structure enables easy installation and convenient maintenance. It can realize real-time tension control and multiple kinds of compensation function to effectively eliminate stop gear and various faults; simple interface with loom electronic controller. It can be widely applied in water jet loom, air jet loom and rapier loom.

INVT RS3000 Full Servo Electrical Control System of High-speed Rapier Loom

RS3000 Full Servo Electrical Control System of High-speed Rapier Loom Provide the whole-package servo electronic control system including loom main controller with 32-bit CPU core, super motor (oil cooled servo motor direct drive) and electronic take-up let-off. The system adopts modular design and real-time communication of industrial bus, which is highly automatic and easy to install and maintain. The actual rotating speed of the loom is above 550r/m, which tremendously improves the capacity per unit time.

INVT WS900 Integrated Electric Control System for Water Jet Loom

Integrated with loom controller, weft accumulator, electronic take-up let-off and spindle drive; integrated the function of traditional loom electronic control, weft accumulator and electronic take-up let-off into one touch screen to simplify installation, commissioning and monitoring process. The system supports speed variation to be performed together with weft density variation weaving, which improves weaving efficiency and the fabric quality. It can fully satisfy the weaving demands of different yarns and patterns.
